By purchasing Backpackboyz vape cartridges (“carts”) or other products, you agree to the terms outlined below.


All Sales Are Final

All Backpackboyz Carts vape cartridges are final sale.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for cannabis products once they have been sold, except in the limited circumstances described below.

This policy is in place to comply with cannabis safety regulations and to ensure product integrity for all customers.


Eligible Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be issued only under the following conditions:

1. Defective or Damaged Products

If your vape cartridge is:

  • Defective

  • Leaking

  • Cracked or broken upon purchase

  • Non-functional due to a manufacturing issue

You may be eligible for a replacement or store credit, subject to verification.

Requirements:

  • Issue must be reported within [3–7] days of purchase

  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Product must be returned with at least 75% of the product remaining

  • Packaging and batch/lot number must be intact


2. Incorrect Item Received

If you received the wrong cartridge (strain, flavor, or product):

  • Notify us within [48–72] hours of purchase

  • Item must be unused and unopened where legally required

We will replace the item or issue store credit once verified.


Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used vape cartridges (unless defective)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, overheating, or improper storage

  • Dissatisfaction with taste, potency, or effects

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers


No Cash Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued as:

  • Store credit, or

  • Replacement product (subject to availability)

Cash refunds are not offered for cannabis products unless required by law.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To submit a request, please contact us with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Date and location of purchase

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
