All Backpackboyz Carts vape cartridges are final sale.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for cannabis products once they have been sold, except in the limited circumstances described below.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be issued only under the following conditions:
1. Defective or Damaged Products
If your vape cartridge is:
Defective
Leaking
Cracked or broken upon purchase
Non-functional due to a manufacturing issue
You may be eligible for a replacement or store credit, subject to verification.
Requirements:

Product must be returned with at least 75% of the product remaining

2. Incorrect Item Received

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

Dissatisfaction with taste, potency, or effects
Sale or promotional items
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
No Cash Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued as:

Replacement product (subject to availability)
Cash refunds are not offered for cannabis products unless required by law.
